I love this picture above, it shows how much Claire loves to share with her little brother, mind you I think she should watch what she is doing, because I think she missed just a little bit where those glasses go!
Our little guy is getting so big and is so much fun!!
Since six months he has:
this is one of my favorite things about Landon, He will babble and talk to people behind us in church, the store, just about anywhere, then if that person behind us is not looking at him he gets just a little bit louder and talks a little bit more, if he is still out of luck with the attention of that person he cocks his head to one side and stares. Really! He has already figured out how to be the center of attention!
Started to sit better, he is so tall and he gets to excited that sometimes he fling himself backwards or sideways and slams his head into the ground, or he gets himself turned around, it shocks him every time.
He LOVES his food, the only vegetable I haven't been able to get him to eat the next day is peas, there are a few that he didn't want to eat, but did it anyway and loved them later, NO WAY with the peas.
He has started to push himself up as far as he can with his hands, and sometimes can get his knees under, but not very often.
When he gets mad he forgets how to roll over from front to back, and it makes him even more mad.
He loves Cheerios
Got his first tooth last week and is working on the second.
This boy is seriously so ticklish that once you start sometimes he can't stop laughing, did I mention he laughs at random things, and loves to laugh when Claire walks into the room, or cries.
He loves to head butt you, Daddy an Claire get him to laugh the best. It is great when he is waiting for the next head butt and he moves his head forward and closes his eyes, ready for the impact.
He has discovered his eyes and loves to blink with purpose.
He chomps his gums (now one tooth) with attitude, and giggles when you do it to him.
He said Da Da this last week and just laughs when you try to get him to say Ma Ma
This is for my memory so I can scrapbook about it later, but he had bronchiolitis (the infant form of bronchitis) he seems to get colds and really nasty coughs along with them, so the morning that he woke up wheezing I took him in. We had all gotten sick and were getting better, but not him. He tested negative for RSV which I was happy about, but we had to do a breathing treatment in the office, (I have some cute pictures, but they are on my phone), and took it home and was to use it if we needed it. We didn't need it again, I just stuck a humidifier on him and made a tent over his crib every time he slept and thankfully we didn't need it again. We went in for a check - up two days later and were told not to come back unless he got worse again, or at 9 months. 9 months it is!!
When we went in for the above appointments he had gained a pound in almost 4 weeks, so solids are good for him, he is just a hungry little guy!
What a great little guy we have, we couldn't have asked for a better addition to our family!
