Can you believe that I am at 30 weeks? I can't it seems like it was just a short while ago we were getting ready to tell out families the BIG NEWS! Well the picture is of me at 30 weeks and my doctor says I look good. I feel really good. Go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week and that has made me feel even better.
At my last appointment, which was last Monday, I did my fun sugar test. Nothing to bad, it tasted like Fruit Punch, got to the doctors had my blood taken and then waited a few days for the results. No diabetes, YAHOO!!
I have gained some weight, but am not sure where it is going, but this last month I started gaining the dreaded water weight. Nothing I can do about that, but he said to just keep excersicing and eating good, and I should be fine. So that is what I will do.
I now go in every two weeks, so I have another appointment Monday. I am still due September 28th or 29th, but that could change it always seems to. Heart beat is still strong and everything seems super great with our precious gift from Heaven.
We also got stuff done in the babies room this week. Brandon painted the ceiling, the previous owners had painted it blue with white clouds. We painted it white, with white clouds. :) Then we got the crib put up and the dresser ordered. Just debating on which Car Seat and Stroller to buy and we will be about done. I have made a few things for the babies room, I will post those pictures when everything is done. For know enjoy the room!
Here is Brandon putting the crib together. Brandon is so funny, he comes up to me and he has a "tickle fight" with Claire, not with me, with Claire. When I start laughing he asks why I am laughing, then he says you can't take away time I spend with my daughter, so he countinues to do it. One day in sacarament meeting he reaches over and just lightly tickles me. This got her so active so wouldn't stop moving for about 2 1/2 hours. I told him to look at my tummy and all of a sudden a big kick. Brandon reaction was pricless, he thought he hand was going to reach out. I laughed, he is so cute, and he is going to be a great Papa!

She is already to precious to us and we can't wait to meet her in a short 10 weeks!!

Workout or Wimpout??

So having moved I have been able to go back to the fitness center. I really like this fitness center it is nicer than some gyms I have been too.
Being back I just have to laugh at the things that go on at the gym. So here are a few things I have spotted taking place.
1. I see the some of the same people, doing the same things as I did three years ago.
2. While on the machines, parents don't know what to do with there kids, so they either run around, or decide to try one of the machines out for themselves.
3. While on the track, I like to watch the people around me, so one day I was going around and this girl appears on the treadmill, she looks like she just did her hair, in ringlets and is still wearing her sunglasses. she stays on the treadmill for about 5 minutes and then gets off and leaves. That is a wimpout!!
4. The best is when parents drop there teenagers off. They want to keep them entertained somehow so lets take them to the gym. Two girls show up, on there cell phones, trying to find out where there other two friends are. While in the process the girl not on her phone looks around, and who do you think she finds? No not her friends, but some boys from school. I laughed as soon as i noticed what she noticed. They are walking around the track, arm in arm, stop in the middle and wave, huge smile and then I get to walk around them. After they get over the goofy boy wave and the phone call, they run. again, arm in arm. Once around the track. I really thought they were going to die after that once around. Once around they spot the two other girls they just were dyeing to meet up with, and the boys had made it up the stairs to join them. Picture this, 4 girls walking around the track, stopping every time they got to where the boys were, (the boys never got on the track) and then would run until the boys couldn't see them anymore. Stop and breathe and then take off running again. After realizing that this was not working out, they got off the track to just talk to the boys. They left soon after.
5. The teenagers that work out downstairs with all the weights always seem to talk to each other. So they are talking and forget that they are using a machine, just sitting there. I have seen people ask them if they are done. Did they ever start?
6. Two boys were working on running, I think, they would walk around the track, once stop and see if anyone was around them and then one of them would stand where he was and the other would run as fast as he could to the other side of the straight. The one that ran would come back and the other would tell him what he looked like. As I was walking by, one boy said to the other. Your legs were really far apart, almost like a duck. I almost started laughing, kept it in to see what they were going to do next. What they did next was leave.
Well hope you enjoyed the gym today as much as I did, typing sure does wear ya out!! Good luck with your routine!!

No Room in the Cage...
As some of you may know my favorite animal is a monkey. Okay so monkeys of all kinds. AS a child the item I collected was anything monkey. People were giving me more and more as the years went by. Well, about three years ago as I was getting ready to get married, I boxed them all up and left them at my parents house. There was not going to be enough room for them at our apartment. When we moved into the house I had to think, what should I do with these animals. So I was going through my monkey collection and, well got rid of a lot of them. I kept a some, babies and kiddos like stuffed animals, so there are still a few around. It was a sad day, but it will make some one very happy to get a cute monkey.
Here are a few pictures I counted 51 monkeys all together, not counting shirts, hoodies or other clothing items I may have, or had in the past. My collection had in it, twins, large monkeys, small monkeys, monkeys that sang, walked, jingled, and a barrel of monkeys. I cut it to about 20 or so in the end.
Also thought I would add a fun joke that I found on a laffy taffy joke at Rough Camp one year. What do you call a monkey who likes to eat potato chips?
Check out under the pictures for the answer.
