Was held in Manti at the Temple Hill Resort. As the name reveals we stayed next to the Temple, which is beautiful, and is lit all night long (which comes in handy sometimes).
We started out on Thursday whenever you could get there. Claire and I headed out at about 12:00 and got there around 2:00, Brandon had work and school so he came up on Friday. We set up camp and played in the water, there is a pool at this "resort", and we also had a kiddie pool that Janae bought. We had amazing dutch oven BBQ chicken and dutch oven potaotes. (is your mouth watering yet?, mine is.)
We hung out and played games, board games,
Bacci (don't know if I spelled that right) Ball, which is a game that you take a small white ball and throw it, you try to get your color of balls, (red or green depending on what team you are on) the closest to the white ball.

Barbies
this year we got T-shirts, janae did a great job on the design
Claire did well through the night, minus the hour we were awake in the middle, all though before this she was having problems as well, so I don't know. Anyways that is were the Temple comes in, she was screaming and everytime I got her back to sleep and put her down she would start to cry again, so finally I got out of the tent and we went and sat by the fire pit and all she could do was stare at the Lit up Temple and about 30 mintues later she was asleep. It was a very peaceful 30 mintues. (bytheway about 20 minutes after posting my last post, I was getting some last minute things packed for our trip and put Claire on the floor, and well she crawled to me, so she is getting the hang of the crawling thing now)
Here she is playing in her play pen.
Friday Started out really early for brandon, some of the fellas go golfing somewhere every year, so there tee time was at 7:14 a.m. that meant he had to leave at 4:30 to get there in time. They had a great time golfing.
While they golfed, we tye dyed shirts

and had a pinata

then we went to the pool, hung out until dinner and pictures at the temple in our chirst, and then we went into Ephraim for some pizza at one of the local resturants. This pizza place we went to was connected to the cutest ice cream/ candy shop ever. You sit at the bar and order you candy and ice cream. So at one point a lot of the kids had change in hand and were sitting at the bar.
We had s'mores and talked around the fire. and then headed to bed. Saturday we cleaned up and headed home, to get cleaned up and play some more. My sister and her family live out of state so we play as long as they are around. So we headed back over to my mom's and played all night, some until 4:30 a.m. playing board games. Then we headed to church, and got back together after church for some food and goodbyes.
It was a great campout, Brandon and I are in charge of planning next year. We missed the Hutchinsons who are out of the country, but maybe they will be home for next years, and I didn't have any major accidents this year YAHOO!!

That sounds super fun! Michael and I want to go camping this year but we have to drive farther to find mountains so we'll see what happens. Claire is getting so big. It's crazy how fast they grow. I love you and hope things go well for you.
Sounds like so much fun! We love Bacce ball!
Wow that sounds like a blast! I don't think our family could ever pull of something that organized!! :)
